1 General Introduction and Definitions

37bd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming and betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. This platform offers slot games, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games and a variety of other entertainment games.

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the 37bd platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
• Withdrawals generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Each withdrawal request is reviewed and then approved.
• Withdrawals may be delayed while the verification process is underway.

3.3 Transaction Cancellation and Rejection

37bd reserves the right to cancel or reject transactions in the following cases: suspicious activity, incomplete KYC information, unverified account, and unmet bonus wagering requirements.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 37bd receive a 100% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means that after placing bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount, the funds earned from the bonus become withdrawable. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳20,000.

4.3 Other Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time — please read the specific terms of each offer.
• We reserve the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Bonuses generally must be used within a set period — once the period expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If multiple accounts are used to claim bonuses, both accounts will be permanently banned.

7 Cricket and Sports Betting Terms

7.1 Betting Rules

The cricket betting section allows bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and other international cricket events. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

7.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match or event is completely cancelled, bets are generally refunded.
• If a match is not completed within the scheduled time, settlement will be made according to the applicable rules.
• If a match is stopped due to weather, specific betting terms will apply.
• In any dispute regarding results, the decision of 37bd shall be final.

7.3 Odds Changes

Payouts will be made according to the odds in effect at the time the bet was confirmed. Any subsequent change in odds will not affect previously placed bets.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by 37bd

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity on the account.
• Using the platform for illegal purposes.
• If evidence is found that the user is a minor.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

A user may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. All pending transactions must be completed before the account is closed. If a balance remains, the account will be closed after it has been withdrawn.
